Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
At 2ndAds, your privacy is paramount. This Privacy Policy outlines how 2ndAds ("the Service") collects, uses, and protects your data, including when you connect a TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram account to schedule and publish content. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information Collection
We collect information to provide a better experience for our users:
- Account Credentials: Securely stored identifiers for your platform access.
- Platform Authorization: We use official OAuth tokens from TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. We do not store your TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram password.
- Content Metadata: Information related to your posts, including captions and scheduling data.
- Technical Data: IP addresses and usage patterns to ensure platform stability and security.
3. TikTok, Facebook & Instagram Data Usage
Our integration with each platform is strictly limited to the permissions you grant during authorization:
- We only access the data necessary to publish content on your behalf — for TikTok that's your basic profile and the video/photo posting permission; for Facebook and Instagram that's the connected Page or professional account's posting permission.
- For Facebook Pages managed through a Business Portfolio, we use the
business_managementpermission solely to list and connect those Pages (and any Instagram account linked to them) — we don't use it to read or change any other business data. - You can revoke our access at any time through that platform's own app-permissions settings, or by disconnecting the channel in our dashboard.
- We do not share your TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram data with any third parties except as required for service delivery.
4. Data Security
Platform access tokens (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) are encrypted at rest. Our infrastructure is monitored to prevent unauthorized access and protect your intellectual property.
5. Compliance & Rights
We comply with global data protection regulations. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page for how. For other inquiries, please reach out to our legal team.
